Project start dates are estimates and subject to permit approval timelines, weather conditions, and material availability. We will communicate any material delays as soon as they are known.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project and any costs already incurred, including permit fees, material deposits, and design work. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, lightning, or heavy rain, at no additional charge to you.

Payments not received by the due date specified in your contract may be subject to a late fee. Work may be paused on any project where payment is overdue until the outstanding balance is resolved.

You are responsible for obtaining any required approvals from your homeowners association (HOA) prior to project start.
Project timelines are dependent on permit approval from the relevant building authority. Delays caused by permit processing times are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of any agreement.
Warranty terms, including duration and coverage, will be specified in your written contract. Where applicable, we pass through manufacturer warranties on materials and products used in your project.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature (including hurricanes, flooding, or severe storms), or normal wear and tear.
